Year One Phase One of the project boasts a total development of 12 ha of Green houses, and 20 ha of open fields with irrigation, a central Packing House and an Out Grower scheme of 500 ha made up of small scale farmers in a commercially viable agricultural project. Within this 500 ha of small scale farm land we will install high-tech irrigation equipment and technology supported by the Intergrun team.

Year One Phase Two will start a few months after the first phase and will include:

a)   38 hectares of hi-tech greenhouses constructed, planted and established over the period of 3 years along with all associated buildings and infrastructure.

b) A total of 500 hectares to 3,000 satellite growers planted and established over the period of 3 years.

c) 50 hectares open field at the core farm.

Phases Three and Four will see the expansion of the Out Grower programme to its full capacity of 5,000 small scale farmers in a development that will see the project grow to double and then triple the initial size.
